Blockchain data is inherently public. Any transaction you make on the Avalanche network is visible to anyone through block explorers.

2.2 Platform Data

• Battle history and leaderboard rankings
• Quest progression and completion records
• Marketplace listing and purchase history

2.3 Automatically Collected Data

• IP address (used only for rate limiting; not stored permanently)
• Browser type and version
• Pages visited and time spent on pages
• Device identifiers and operating system

2.4 What We Do NOT Collect

• Private keys or seed phrases
• Personal identity documents
• Email addresses, phone numbers, or physical addresses
• Financial information beyond on-chain transactions

• Operate and maintain the NFT Battle Arena
• Process on-chain transactions (minting, battling, staking, trading)
• Display leaderboards, battle history, and player profiles
• Track quest progression and reward distribution
• Enforce rate limits and prevent abuse
• Improve the Service through analytics

Frostbite uses WalletConnect and RainbowKit for wallet authentication. We never have access to your private keys or seed phrases. Your wallet address serves as your identity on the platform.

• We only read your public wallet address
• All transactions require your explicit approval in your wallet
• You can disconnect your wallet at any time

• Off-chain data (leaderboards, quest progress) is stored in a secured database
• Database access is restricted to authorized server processes only
• All data transmission uses TLS 1.2+ encryption (HTTPS)
• We implement rate limiting, input validation, and security headers

While we take reasonable measures to protect your data, no method of electronic storage or transmission is 100% secure.

We do NOT sell, rent, or trade your personal information. We may share data in the following limited circumstances:

• Public blockchain: All on-chain transactions are publicly visible by nature
• Leaderboards: Wallet addresses, battle stats, and rankings are visible to all users
• Legal requirements: If required by law, court order, or governmental request

Frostbite uses minimal cookies necessary for wallet connection functionality. We do not use advertising cookies or third-party tracking scripts.

Our Service integrates with:

• Avalanche Network: Blockchain infrastructure for transactions
• WalletConnect / RainbowKit: Wallet connection protocol
• Trader Joe V2.1: DEX integration for token swaps

Each third-party service has its own privacy policy. We encourage you to review their policies.

• Battle history and leaderboard data are retained indefinitely for platform integrity
• Quest progression is retained as long as the platform operates
• IP-based rate limit data is stored temporarily in memory and cleared automatically

You may:

• View your battle history and stats at any time via the website
• Disconnect your wallet at any time to stop platform interaction
• Request deletion of off-chain data by contacting us

Note: On-chain data (blockchain transactions, NFT ownership records) cannot be deleted or modified due to the immutable nature of blockchain technology.

The Service is not intended for individuals under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect information from minors.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
